H & S Mechanical Inc. is an R-Stamp holder for metallic repairs and alterations to pressure-retaining items, including pressure vessels & power boilers. We specialize in both shop and field repairs and alterations, thus providing our valued customers the services needed to perform highly skilled craftsmanship at their facility or in our fabrication shop. At H & S, we hold quality control to a high standard. Our quality control program is recorded through the National Board of Steam and Pressure Vessels, along with the Illinois State Boiler Office. We have weld procedure specifications for a variety of metals and alloys.
We strive to provide our customers with all metal and alloy welding, carbon steel, chrome-moly steel, stainless steel, and alloys such as high grade stainless 317-347, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. All our welders are tested to ASME Section IX welding standards. We work with Hartford Steam and Boiler of Connecticut, to ensure ASME Code Standards, along with other inspection companies for NDE testing and PT testing to meet ASME Welding Codes. We also provide hydro tests under ASME code.
